Structural steel carries buildings, bridges and towers, and its economics turn on strength per tonne. A small vanadium addition — delivered as ferro vanadium — refines the as-rolled grain and precipitates strengthening carbonitrides, so the same section does more work. FeV60 and FeV70 sit in the middle of the vanadium ladder: the 60% grade is a GB/T 4139-2012 table grade covering 58.0–65.0% vanadium, while the 70% grade is ZhenAn’s trade specification at 70% vanadium minimum for buyers who want a more concentrated vanadium alloy addition without stepping all the way to FeV80. Both ship from Henan as lump.
The works at Anyang operates under ISO 9001:2015 and releases 2000 MT per month across the ferrovanadium program. Lump is the standard form in the 10–50 mm window; packing is 1 MT big bags or as requested; dispatch runs 7–10 work days after payment; and payment terms include L/C, T/T and Western Union. Certificate of analysis and SDS travel with every lot.

The A-suffix ceilings on FeV60 come straight from the national standard; the FeV70 column is fixed contractually and certified on the COA of each lot.
Vanadium microalloying shows up in rebar and weldable reinforcement grades, structural sections and plate for bridges, high-rise columns, transmission towers, offshore platform steel, and precast concrete strand wire. In each case the addition is small — kilograms per tonne — but the strength gain lets designers cut section weight, which is where the vanadium pays for itself.
A structural program’s purchase plan starts from the vanadium target of each steel grade and works backward to the addition rate, then picks the grade that delivers it at the lowest landed cost per kilogram of vanadium. From there the plan fixes lump sizing to the charging practice, sets the impurity ceilings the grades require, phases tonnage against the rolling schedule, and lines up documents — COA per lot, SDS, and any retained-sample arrangement — so quality disputes have a reference point.
Typically a small microalloy addition; the exact window depends on the grade standard being melted.
A higher vanadium content means less alloy weight per heat for the same pickup.
When the program wants concentration but not the full FeV80 price step.
Lump at 10–50 mm, 1 MT big bags, 7–10 work day dispatch, L/C or T/T or Western Union.
Against the agreed specification, lot by lot on the COA.
2000 MT per month from the Henan works.
