Si Metal 2202 for Chemical Synthesis Silicone Intermediates and Industrial Processing

Chemical synthesis depends on surface, purity, and consistency — in that order once the feed is in spec. Si Metal 2202 delivers the purity half: 99.58% silicon with iron and aluminium ceilings at 0.2% and calcium at 0.02%, tight enough for silicone intermediates chemistry and general industrial processing. Plants that mill on site control the surface half themselves, converting ZhenAn's certified lump into the fineness their reactors prefer.

The material is smelted from quartz and carbon in a submerged-arc furnace, refined, cast, and sized — all inside one Henan works under ISO 9001. From there it travels as lump in 1 MT big bags (20–25 MT per 20' container), with the release COA covering Si, Fe, Al, and Ca for every lot. No trader repacking, no unverified blending: what the lab certified is what the reactor receives.

Chemistry comes down to four certified values. Physical delivery is lump at 10–50 mm with 90% minimum in range, unless the order specifies a different screen. For synthesis plants, the practical meaning is simple — the impurities that poison silicon chemistry are capped at levels the process can tolerate.
