||
Many buyers run metallurgy, aluminum alloy production and chemical processing within the same purchasing program — a foundry adding silicon to aluminum, a melt shop treating steel, and a chemical line consuming fine silicon. ZhenAn supports all three duties with silicon powder in two standard cuts, 200 mesh and 325 mesh, drawn from a single smelted feedstock so chemistry stays consistent across forms. One supplier, one certificate discipline, two finenesses for different duty.
| Form | Nominal Cut | Best Suited To |
|---|---|---|
| 200 mesh powder | ≈75 μm | Melting additions, bulk metallurgical duty |
| 325 mesh powder | ≈45 μm | Fine chemical use, high-reactivity blends |
Both forms are milled from the same smelter silicon, so a program can standardize on grade 553 (Si 98.7%) for metallurgical work and lift to grade 441 (Si 99.1%) where the chemical side demands lower iron and calcium.

| Decision | Recommended Wording |
|---|---|
| Cut split | Which share of tonnage runs 200 vs 325 mesh |
| Grade | 553 for metallurgy-led, 441 when chemistry shares the powder |
| Packaging mix | Jumbo bags for furnace side, lined 25 kg for lab and chemical line |

| Lead time | 5–10 working days after payment lands |
| Verification | Batch COA; optional third-party check at loading |
Yes — state the tonnage split and each cut ships against the same grade.
200 mesh dissolves readily in Al-Si melts and handles better around furnaces.
325 mesh gives the extra surface area that reactions want.
Grade 553 keeps cost down; step to 441 only if the chemical stream shares stock.
Each cut, each batch, carries its own COA.
FOB/CFR/CIF pricing with L/C, T/T or Western Union settlement.
Programs start with a short spec sheet: grade, the tonnage split between 200 and 325 mesh, packing mix and destination. From there the desk can structure call-off schedules, blended container loads and annual pricing if the volume supports it.
