Most ferro silicon grades serve a single audience; FeSi 75 earns its place across several. In the foundry it inoculates — promoting graphitization, preventing chill, and helping ductile iron develop its nodules after magnesium treatment. In the steel shop it deoxidizes the melt and alloys silicon into the target grade window. Across the wider metallurgical plant it acts as the silicon carrier for pre-alloys and general processing duty.
ZHENAN supplies this crossover grade in the form each shop needs — lump at 10–50 mm or 50–100 mm for melting and steelmaking, and screened granules at 0–3 mm or 3–10 mm for foundry treatment — with one specification behind both forms: Si ≥75%, Al ≤1.5% (low-Al line ≤0.5%), C ≤0.2%, P ≤0.04%, S ≤0.02%. Each batch is analysed before release and each form receives its own certificate, so the casting line and the melt shop see the same trusted composition in the shape each of them feeds.
ZHENAN is the brand of ZhenAn International Co., Limited. The works is located in Anyang, Henan, China, and operates under an ISO 9001 certified quality system. This crossover supply is listed as model FeSi 75, available in lump and in granules. Both forms draw from the same analysed heat lots, so a dual-form order still carries one consistent chemistry.
| Component | Limit |
|---|---|
| Silicon content | Not less than 75% |
| Aluminium | Not more than 1.5% (low-Al line: 0.5%) |
| Carbon | Not more than 0.2% |
| Phosphorus | Not more than 0.04% |
| Sulphur | Not more than 0.02% |
The crossover specification carries identical limits whether a lot leaves as lump or as screened granules.
Yes — that is the crossover role: lump for melting and steelmaking, granules for foundry treatment, one specification and one supplier behind both.
It adds more silicon per kilo and carries a tighter aluminium ceiling (≤1.5% vs ≤2.0%). Both grades are available from us, documented separately.
No — nodularizing relies on magnesium-bearing agents such as FeSiMg; ferrosilicon inoculates and supplies silicon. We supply the FeSiMg lines as well.
0–3 mm for late, stream and in-mold points; 3–10 mm for ladle inoculation; finer splits can be sieved to order.
Order the low-Al line at Al ≤0.5%.
Sample approval before mass production, batch analysis before release, final inspection before shipment, and optional SGS/BV inspection.
MOQ negotiable; L/C, T/T, Western Union; dispatch 5–10 working days after payment.
