Between treatment and pouring there is a window, and the inoculant has to still be working at the end of it. ZHENAN's answer is two screened granule grades with two distinct working points: FeSi 72 (Si ≥72%, Al ≤2.0%) — the inoculant gray and ductile foundries have standardized on for decades — and FeSi 75 (Si ≥75%, Al ≤1.5%), where the recipe wants more silicon from the same dose.
What makes both reliable is discipline in sizing: 0–3 mm and 3–10 mm stock windows, 0.3–1 / 1–3 / 3–8 mm splits sieved to order, a sieve check before every packing, and the size distribution printed on the certificate. The grades are never blended, so whatever your calibration curve was built on is exactly what lands in the foundry.
ZHENAN (Zhenan Metallurgy Co., Ltd) screens both granule grades at its ISO 9001 certified works in Anyang, Henan, China; model codes FeSi 72 granules and FeSi 75 granules. Calibration consistency is the production rule: the sieve data printed on the certificate is the data your dosing equipment was set against.
| Grade | Si (%) | Al (%) | C (%) | P (%) | S (%) | Stock windows |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| FeSi 72 | ≥72.0 | ≤2.0 | ≤0.2 | ≤0.04 | ≤0.02 | 0–3 / 3–10 mm |
| FeSi 75 | ≥75.0 | ≤1.5 | ≤0.2 | ≤0.04 | ≤0.02 | 0–3 / 3–10 mm |
The chemistry below is guaranteed per lot; the sieve windows ship beside it on the same paper.
The later the addition, the finer the granule — stream, in-mold and late points take 0.3–1 or 0–3 mm; a ladle treatment with transfer time holds with 3–10 mm. We confirm against your pouring interval.
Silicon content and the aluminium ceiling — ≥72% / ≤2.0% versus ≥75% / ≤1.5%. The 72 is the traditional choice; the 75 suits designs wanting a stronger pickup.
They are the base inoculant in most foundries; blends such as SiBa add extra functions, and we supply those too when the metallurgy calls for them.
Order the moisture-proof bag option for humid climates or line-side storage, and keep the stock covered and off the floor.
Yes — the sieve report rides on every lot's certificate of analysis.
Yes — separate packing and papers keep the two inoculants apart.
5–10 working days from payment, with 2,000 MT of monthly capacity behind scheduled programs.
