2. What lump size fits an induction furnace?

10–50 mm dissolves readily in induction melting; 50–100 mm is normal for larger arc furnace charges. Both are stocked sizes.

3. Is aluminium content a concern?

Standard FeSi 75 holds Al ≤1.5%. For clean steels we offer the low-Al version at Al ≤0.5%.

5. How is each batch verified?

Every heat-lot is analysed before release and documented on a certificate of analysis; a pre-production sample precedes mass production and a final inspection precedes shipment.
