Ferro silicon is the workhorse deoxidizer of every steel shop. This page covers ZHENAN's lump supply of both major grades — FeSi 75 and FeSi 72 — from a single stock in Anyang, Henan. Because silicon has a strong affinity for oxygen, FeSi lump charged into the ladle or furnace binds dissolved oxygen into SiO₂ and floats it into the slag, while the remaining silicon stays in the steel as an alloying element.

We keep the two grades strictly separate through the entire chain — separate crushing lines, separate batch analysis, separate stacking — so a 75% charge never drifts into a 72% certificate. Mills that buy both grades for different steel families can consolidate them into one shipment, one packing plan and one set of documents, with the grade ratio matched to your monthly melting program.

• Standard lump sizes: 10–50 mm and 50–100 mm; other size ranges (e.g. 10–30 / 30–50 mm) crushed to order.
• Optional: low-aluminium FeSi 75 (Al ≤0.5%) for clean-steel and special-steel programs.
• Reference standard: export practice aligned with GB/T 2272 (PG FeSi75Al1.5 / PG FeSi72Al2.0 grade families).
