② Area of ​​falling alloy silicon content: from the junction of the molten layer and the residual coke layer to the iron outlet.

③ Area of ​​unstable alloy silicon content: refers to the iron accumulation layer at the bottom of the furnace. For the same electric furnace within a certain time range, the silicon content of this layer of molten iron is basically stable, but due to the different types of ore, the silicon content changes with time and the thickness of the iron accumulation layer, so it is called an unstable silicon content area.
