After soaking, use filtered deionized water or water for injection to neutralize the inside and outside, and measure the conductivity. Blow dry with pure air at a pressure of ≥0.4Mpa.

3. The above two methods can be used alone or in conjunction with each other. If possible, it can be combined with an ultrasonic cleaning machine to achieve good results.

4. Material contamination can be combined with surfactant cleaning, and debris contamination system combined with enzyme cleaning has good results.
