Third, vacuum treatment of steel: vacuum treatment of steel, after vacuum treatment of deoxidation, add other alloys and then add vanadium-nitrogen alloy. Vanadium yield is 92-95%, nitrogen yield is 65-68%.
Fourth, wire feeding method: In order to strengthen the beneficial effect of nitrogen in vanadium-nitrogen alloy, Panzhihua Iron and Steel adopts wire feeding (referring to cored wire made of vanadium-nitrogen alloy, its TV content 50-60) method to add vanadium-nitrogen alloy before the LF electric heating furnace leaves the station; Must be added after Z and ladle blowing argon stirring, blowing argon is forbidden to bare steel. Then pouring on the steel platform: vanadium recovery rate of 80%, nitrogen recovery rate of 55%.
Fifth, the unified requirements used in the above methods: ladle and ladle must be baked well, and large ladle casting steel must be protected for pouring.
