Power supply in front of furnace

Charge distribution

During the ferrosilicon smelting process, a large amount of hot furnace gas will be generated in the furnace. In order to make full use of the energy of the hot furnace gas, maintain good permeability of the charge, accelerate the chemical reaction in the furnace, increase the furnace temperature, and expand the "crucible" , the material surface should be distributed in a wide and flat cone shape.
