Three-step method for making vanadium pentoxide flakes
Introduction to the three-step method for making vanadium flakes from ammonium meta (poly) vanadate
1) Plane layout: Flash evaporation, drying, reduction kiln and wet ammonium polyvanadate are arranged in the same area, which is conducive to production organization and product transportation
2) The automation control of the preliminary design process is PLC, and the main control method is DCS, which should be consistent with the main control method. The system should be refined to determine whether the granulation system should be automatically controlled.
3) Achieve full-line automatic control as much as possible to increase reliability
4) The suspended calcination temperature is 550-650 degrees, and after heat exchange, the temperature drops to 200-250
5) The concentration of ammonium sulfate after ammonia is absorbed by sulfuric acid, water consumption, cooling water generation, and temperature should be considered in the design. The scaling problem of cooling water should be considered in the design.
6) The amount of water replenishment should be confirmed in the design, and the vanadium compounds in the turbid cycle are returned to the drying system, and the wastewater of each waste gas water seal box should be centrally treated.
7) The dust suction point of granulation should be selected well, and it is best to consider overall sealing.
