Vanadium nitrogen alloy is made of vanadium pentoxide, carbon powder, active agent and other raw materials billets, under the protection of atmospheric pressure, nitrogen atmosphere, under the high temperature state of 1500 ~ 1800℃, the reaction of vanadium nitrogen alloy. The key process equipment is the continuous atmosphere push plate high temperature furnace, using silicon molybdenum rod and other electric heating elements to obtain heat source.
Vanadium-nitrogen alloy can be used in structural steel, tool steel, pipe steel, rebar and cast iron. The application of vanadium and nitrogen alloy in high strength and low alloy steel can carry out effective vanadium and nitrogen microalloying at the same time, promote the precipitation of carbon, vanadium and nitrogen compounds in steel, and play the role of sedimentation strengthening and grain refining more effectively.
